Discounts
– For every Direct booking for November 11th, 2024 – November 19th, 2024 get 30% Discount.
– For every Direct booking for November 20th , 2024 to December 19nd, 2024 get a special Thanksgiving and pre Christmas 25% Discount!
– For every Direct booking for December 15, 2024 to April 30th, 2025 get a special 15% Direct booking Discount.
Cancellation Policy
(No shows and cancellations for circumstances out of the lodge’s control such as canceled flights and weather are not refundable.)
Maya Mountain Lodge STRONGLY encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance to cover against cancellation, as we are unable to refund payments for reservations cancelled after free cancellation dates.
– Bookings that are made base on check-in date September 23rd/2024 to November 14th /2024 fall under our 7 days cancellation policy: Cancellations made 8 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrivals are nonrefundable
– Bookings that are made base on check-in dates Nov.15 th / 2024 to January 2nd /2025 fall under our 60 days cancellation policy: Cancellations made 61 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made on 60 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
– Bookings that are made base on check-in date January 3rd/2025 to April 30th/2025 fall under our 14 days cancellation policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made on 14 days or less prior to arrivals are non-refundable.
– Bookings that are made base on check-in date May 1st/2025 to November 20th /2024 fall under our 7 days cancellation policy: Cancellations made 8 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made on 7 days or less prior to arrivals are non-refundable.
All Group Bookings
– We can provide a 20% discount on group bookings of 5 units for 3+ nights.
– We can provide a 15% discount on groups of 3 units for 3+ nights.
Group cancellations made 60 days or more from your arrival date will be fully refunded.
Group cancellation made less than 59 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS
Know that all charges will be made in Belize Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, which is currently 2 BZD for 1 USD, please note that this can change. Your bank or credit card company may apply additional fees for facilitating a foreign transaction.
